How to return an item

1. Email us at info@viiibrz.com with your order number.
2. We reply within 1 business day with your return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back unwashed, with all of its pads.

Free gifts (the Private Advantage Guide and Priority Shipping) do not need to be returned.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and is checked, we refund the original payment method. Banks usually show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.

If your item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we cover the return shipping or send a replacement at no cost: just send us a photo.

Size exchanges

Wrong size? Email us within 60 days of delivery and we will exchange it for another size.
